My name is Leyre Sáenz Guillén, and I am an MPA/ID student at Harvard Kennedy School. This blog documents my summer internship between my first and second year of the program.
This summer, I am interning with The Antara Foundation in India, where I will be learning from their work to strengthen public health delivery, especially in maternal and child health. Through this experience, I hope to deepen my understanding of policy implementation, health systems, and the challenges of improving outcomes at scale.
I am from Argentina, and I created this blog as a space to share reflections, experiences, and lessons from the internship.
This experience would not have been possible without the generous support of the Cultural Bridge Fund at the Women and Public Policy Program at Harvard Kennedy School, which made my summer internship in India possible.
